Terms & Conditions 
The use of Virtuosity Online is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order for an Event, a Product or submission of a Story to feature on Virtuosity indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions complement existing consumer protections and does not supersede the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

By registering or ordering on virtuosity.nz or virtuo.co you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by contacting our Customer Service at community@virtuosity.nz and we will remove you from marketing communications.


We respect your privacy. Virtuosity does not sell or distribute user or customer contact information unless otherwise required by law. Virtuosity may collect, retain and update personal information provided by you, in order to allocate customer loyalty benefits. In accordance with the Privacy Act, you have the right to access, and to request correction or removal of any of your personal information. If you have any concerns about your privacy, please contact us.

Usernames and Passwords 
If Virtuosity requires you to register for or otherwise use online shopping or content submission forms, then you must keep your username and password (if any) confidential and not disclose it to any other person. Nor may you permit any other person to use that username or password (either for their own use or on your behalf).

Order Acceptance 
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.  Virtuosity.nz reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Virtuosity.nz does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Virtuosity Online. 

We reserve the right to refuse any order or sharing of any project story without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order or project we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received. 

Payment & Security
You can be confident when shopping at Virtuosity that all your personal and financial information is secured. Once registered you will be entitled to shop online and purchase products securely with your valid credit card or pay pal account. By submitting an order you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the designated card or method of payment and authorise us to charge your order (including taxes and freight charges) to that card or payment method. If the card (or other method) cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically 

Your credit card information is not captured or stored at any time. Virtuosity.nz does not have any access to your credit card information at any time and uses Stripe payment gateway which holds the highest level of Data Security.

All references to $ and dollars on the website are in New Zealand currency. All prices were current at the time of publication on the website and are inclusive of GST. 


We work to get your order to you as soon as possible. Most orders ship within 1-5 business days of the order being placed. Please note that peak shopping seasons and public holidays may delay the shipment of your order. Virtuosity.nz will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Virtuosity.nz cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. 

Acceptance of Goods & Returns

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 15 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. The buyer is responsible for notifying Virtuosity within 30 days of receiving goods should they wish to exchange the product or return the purchase for store credit or refund. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return of goods to Virtuosity. 

Ordering Online from Outside New Zealand

The customer will be responsible for all duties and customs charges. Prices for products shipped internationally are different from those shown on our Web site. Please contact us for pricing information before placing your order. Some orders may also incur a customs or import duty charge. Virtuosity does not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own country’s regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. 

Story & Content Submission

If you are submitting a story to Virtuosity of distribution, you hereby grant Virtuosity and Virtuo Design a non-exclusive, fully paid, royalty free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, adapt, translate, reproduce, transmit and distribute such material on and through its website and other mediums. You represent and warrant that: 1) you own the content submitted for posting by you or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth by Virtuosity; and  2) the content submitted by you does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person. You agree to pay for all royalties, fee and any other monies owed any person by reason of your submission to Virtuosity. 

Virtuosity will not post any content from a submission that it does not align with the purpose and subject matter, or is deemed offensive, illegal or harmful or threatening to the safety of any person. 

By sending your story and content to Virtuosity, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Except for content submitted by you, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display or sell any content appearing on Virtuosity. 


All of the material on and in relation to the website is and remains the property of Virtuosity.nz and Virtuo Design at all times, or in the case of some material, a third party. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, transmit, post or distribute, whether electronically or otherwise, any material from the website. Any other use of the website material constitutes a breach of Virtuo Design’s copyright and other proprietary rights. You may copy and email our webpage URL's to your family and friends for private and non-commercial purposes. Virtuo Design reserves the right to make changes to this website and these terms and conditions at any time

Intellectual Property

All information, designs, materials and media presented on this website are the property of the Virtuo Design. Virtuo and Virtuosity logos are registered global trademarks of Virtuo Design. Virtuo is the owner of all past, present and future intellectual property used and developed in relation to its business and reserves all rights in relation to its Intellectual property.
